Once we arrived at CSM, we dropped off our bags, grabbed some New York pizza, and began a prayer tour throughout the city. We visited memorials, saw the Statue of Liberty, visited Times Square and Fifth avenue. We prayed over the economic disparities that we saw, the homeless men we encountered, and celebrated the diversity we saw and experienced.
We ended our day out with a dinner at an Indian restaurant, which everyone loved, and a debriefing on all the things we saw, felt and learned on our prayer walk. Please join with us in praying for God's blessing on us and on NYC this week. Pray that we would be a blessing to the ministries that serve the people of New York on a daily basis and that we would honor Christ through all of our actions.

Thanks so much for the update... glad to hear you made it safely and have begun your work for the Lord. Keeping all of you in my prayers as your work in difficult situations and see things you may not be used to seeing. Looking forward to hearing more :-)
